The Executive Insight® Process
The Executive Insight process is a guided process of discovery, decision making and action planning that helps you get control of your organization and drive it to a stronger future. This process includes four distinct steps. The first step is a comprehensive assessment to identify the key problems facing your organization and then organizing these key problems into their cause-effect relationship allowing you to identify root causes and determine which items need to be tackled first. Steps two through four are a process guided by a trained Executive Insight consulting professional who will lead you and your executive team through the discussions and decisions to identify the right problems to be tackling and help in developing actionable plans for solving the appropriate identified problems.
Purpose of Executive Insight®
Executive Insight identifies the key challenges currently facing your organization and organizes then into a cause-effect order allowing you to apply a logical approach to tackling the root causes of problems in the organization.
The Executive Insight® Data
The Executive Insight assessment data output includes:
- A comprehensive list of Clues (key problems) facing the organization in its current state organized into 70 patterns across the 11 distinct Executive Insight categories showing the cause-effect relationships between the identified issues;
- A comprehensive list of Major Strengths for the organization sorted into the same categories and patterns as the Clues list for comparison;
- An Item Analysis showing the total responses for each assessment item;
- An interpretation of the key challenges the organization is facing, and suggestions for strategies for approaching the critical problems to make positive changes within the organization (optional).
Additional interpretation, diagnostic summary and prescription prepared by a qualified strategic management expert and process facilitation are also available as options.
